She was an astonishing Realtor who in 1985 mentored her daughter Kris Lightman. Guess you could say it’s in his blood! Nick is a Cal State San Marcos Alumni with a bachelors degree in business management. He graduated with high standings and went on to pursue a career with Nabisco. Working his way up the corporate ladder he quickly became a territory manager. His first year on the job he was named “Sales Rep of the Year”. Though he swiftly made a name for himself, he could no longer deny his true passion for Real Estate. The desire to pursue a career in Real Estate and continue the tradition was more than enough to make him take a different career path.
